He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Fulper and Harriet Pittenger Fulper; his wife Sarah Runyon; his children, Cindy McKenna (Kevin), Sarah Prall (John), Robert Fulper (Cindi) and Fred Fulper (Kim); his grandchildren, Bo, Josh, Sarah Beth, Colin, Kevin, Grace, Breanna, Chelsea, RJ, Mikayla, Freddy and David; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Sadie, Emma, Jesse and Kayden.
