Mary E. Burroughs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary E. Burroughs of Lambertville, New Jersey, born in Stockton, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Elaine Burroughs; her husband Lawrence A. Burroughs; her parents, George Slack and Louise Housel Slack; and her siblings, Gladys Yasanus, Alice Myers and Sam Slack.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Burroughs (Dianna Cordovano) of New Hope, Carol Peccarelli (Victor) of Ringoes and Richard Burroughs of Lambertville; her grandchildren, Matthew Walker of Jacksonville Beach and Taylor Moylan (Shane); her great grandchild Quinn of New Hope; and her siblings, George and Lois Slack of Lambertville.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home (21 York St, Lambertville, NJ 08530). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations in Mary's memory may be made to the First Baptist Church of Lambertville, NJ, 50 Rocktown-Lambertville Road.
