He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ireland and Jean Mueller; and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his wife Susan Aneskavich Ireland; his children, Margaret (Edward Spindler) and John Ireland (Susan); his grandchildren, Zachary and Maria Blackburn; his siblings, Jean Beans, Lise Bowles (James) and George; his stepmothers, Kathy and Alice Ireland; his parents-in-law, Robert and Lorraine Aneskavich; and his brothers-in-law, Robert and Joseph Aneskavich.
