She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Slack and Margaret Curley Slack; and her brother John. She is survived by: her brother James Slack; her daughter Cassandra "Jenny" Spears; and her brothers, Dennis (Joyce Slack) and Charles (Jill Slack). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
