He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Millar and Ellen Millar (Van Noy) of Monona, WI; his pet Kiwi; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Debbie Millar of Ringoes, NJ; his sister Debbie; his brother-in-law Chris Uschan of Cottage Grove, WI; his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Andrew, Emma, Kasey, Lucianna and Nicholas; his great-niece Skylar; and also Ellen of The Villages, FL.
