She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Welsh and Florence Nola Welsh (late Joseph Fresco); and her brother Frank Welsh. She is survived by: her children, John Fresco (Jill), Blaine Fresco, Joanne Burley, Mary Lee Fresco and Marcy Bowles (Mark); her sister Wanda Mims; her grandchildren, Michael Fresco (Miriam), Joseph Burley, Jill Fresco, Daniel Burley (Molly), Jennifer Baltz (Jon), Jonathan Burley (Kait), Cassandra Fresco, Sarah Burley, Joshua Burley and Megan Bowles; and her great grandchildren, Lillian Burley and Brady Baltz.
