He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Mitchell Caldwell. He is survived by: his daughters, Elaine Caldwell-Krumins (Martin Krumins) of New York City and Sandra Caldwell-Walsh of Lakewood; and his grandchildren, Amanda Rae Walsh and Brandon Lee Walsh.
