He was predeceased by: his son Robert S. Hurley; and his siblings, Woody, Francis, Charlie, Kenny and Leroy.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hurley of Lakewood; his sons, Thomas E. Hurley, Jr. (Judi) and William K. Hurley (Dina) of Belmar; his daughter-in-law Randi Hurley of Brick; his grandchildren, Shannon, Chelsea, Ryan, Taylor, Trevor, Samantha and Scott; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Ava and Sophia.
