He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore O'Keefe and Helen O'Keefe; and his sister Barbara Chadwick. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Erin of Manasquan, Kimberley (Scott Berkowitz) of Oakland, CA and Thomas (Victoria) of Portland, OR; his children, Reegan, Liam, Caroline, David (Fernanda) of São Paulo and Brazil; and his grandchildren, Julia, Téo and Tomás.
