It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jacobs (Lakewood, New Jersey), who passed away on September 30, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Jacobs to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Haldon T. Carty Sr. and Elmira Carty (Van Zant); her brother Haldon T. Jr; and her son Haldon (Tommy). She is survived by: her husband David C. Jacobs; her children, Gary Crawford (Dawn), Leslie Crawford Montanaro (Kenny), Daniel Jacobs (Joanna) and Debra J. Jacobs; her niece Louise Carty (Clem); and her close friends, Paula Zawadzky, Pat Navas and George Navas. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
