With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Marie Chadwick of Lakewood, New Jersey, who passed away on February 22, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Marie Chadwick to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Daniel G. Chadwick; her parents, Vernon Anderson and Sadie Anderson; and her siblings, Alice, Eileen, Betty and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy P. Chadwick (Carol) of Toms River, Steven D. Chadwick (Julie) of Brick and Lisa A. Boone (Doug) of Brick; her brother-in-law Gary Chadwick (Carol); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jon), Melanie (Rob), Heather (Dennis), Daniel, Matthew and Michael (Donna); and her great grandchildren, Kyla, Jacob, Jack, Haylie, Dennis and Lilly.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (2170 NJ-88, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:45 AM and at 11:00 AM at the C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
