He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter McKinley and Gertrude McKinley. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard S. McKinley, Sr. of East Hartford, CT and Nancy Sloane of Port St; and his nieces and nephews, Robin McKinley, Richard McKinley, Jr., Jeryl Landosca and Greg Johnson. He is also survived by other family members, friends, co-workers, and neighbors.
