In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Winifred A. Dawson (Dieter) of Lakewood, NJ; and his children, Peter of Amsterdam, NY, Susan of Bayville, NJ and Michael of Cresco, PA. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Van Hise & Callagan Funeral Home (812 Arnold Ave, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742).
