He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Lou Maslowski. He is survived by: his wife Janice Mayo; his children, Nicole Ribaudo (Ben) and Richard G. Mayo (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Emma Ribaudo, Sophia Mayo and Ryan Mayo; his brother Anthony Mayo; and his brother-in-law Leonard Maslowski.
