He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Frasco and Carmela Frasco; and his former wife Margaret Frasco. He is survived by: his wife Delia A. Frasco (Andrade); his sons, Thomas Frasco (Lauren) of Massachusetts and Philip Frasco (Maria) of Chesapeake, VA; his stepchildren, Bruno Ramos (Annalena), Cesar Campos (Ariádne) and Glasielle Fagundes (Carlos); and his brothers, Paul Frasco (Patty) of New York and Joseph Frasco (Annie) of Florida.
