He is survived by: his wife Laura M. Buongiovanni; his children, Elizabeth Wagner (Rick) of Brick, Michael Burnette (Desiree) of Bel Air, Nicole Buongiovanni of Old Bridge, Brian Buongiovanni of Lakewood and Laura C. Buongiovanni of Lakewood; his grandchildren, Katrina Wagner, Sean Catalano, Jacob Moore, Amanda Moore, Grayson Wagner and Michael Burnette Jr.; his siblings, Fred Buongiovanni (Jeanette) and Anna Salvadeo; and his mother-in-law Josephine Hahn.
