She was predeceased by: her former husband Hillside Fire Chief Peter. She is survived by: her parents, Hillside Police Chief Ernest and Mabel Voelk; her husband Henry Adamczyk; her sister Lois Corso; her children, Linda Mannix (Michael), Peter Ferrigno (JoAnn) and Douglas J. Ferrigno (Caryn); her stepchildren, Jayne Benham and Robert Adamczyk; her grandchildren, Richard, Caryn, Chris, Laura, Douglas, Lauren, Giorgio, Benny, Sam and Jack; and her great grandchildren, Clara, Faye, Hudson and George.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
