He was predeceased by: his parents, John Larkin and Irene Larkin (Curtis); his daughter Kelli Mary Larkin; and his grandchildren, Emily Rose Megill, Morgan Noelle Megill, Erin Megill and Shawn Megill.

He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; and his children, Kevin John Larkin, Jr., Kathleen Megill (Jay) and Erin Larkin. He is also survived by cousins, and nieces and nephews.
