He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James E. Milton and Mary E. Milton; his wife Janice Milton; his children, Monica L. Milton of Midlothian, VA and John E. Milton of Lakewood, NJ; his siblings, James Milton (Renette) of Whiting, NJ, Robert Milton (Cheryl) of Henrico, VA, Charles Milton (Angela) of Wake Forest, NC, Mary A and Mae Milton of Varina, VA; and his brothers-in-law, Leonard Cheeks of Farmington, MI and Frederick Cheeks of Montgomery, AL. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
