He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Bennett and Leeta Bennett (Goughnour); his grandson Austin Smith; and his stepson Brian Toth. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Toth) of Johnstown; his children, Michelle (Robbie Smith) of Johnstown, Kristie (Mark Malloy) of Carlisle and James (Betty Riddell) of Johnstown; his stepson Kevin Toth of Johnstown; and his siblings, Dean of Portland, OR and Lucy Pittman. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; several step great grandchildren.
