She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie B. Bagwell and Viola Roberts Bagwell (Roberts); her husband William Gunter; and her siblings, Rosco, Floyd, George, Ernest, Doris Ann, Thelma and Oneita.
She is survived by: her siblings, Arnetta Custis of Tasley, Betty Collins of Accomac, Virginia, Nathaniel (Delores) of Philadelphia and Donald (Alberta) of Paterson; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Bagwell of Jackson and Zollie Branch of Paterson; her goddaughter Mary Nelson of Salisbury, Maryland; and her close friend Roberta Oliver. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
