Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Francis leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Monaco (Mildred) and NJ; and his wife Roberta Monaco. He is survived by: his children, Frank Monaco (Linda) and Teresa Fanelli (John); and his grandchildren, Hillary Fanelli, John Fanelli (Mackenzie) and Carolyn Fanelli.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 9:15 AM at the Saint Luke's Roman Catholic Church (1674 Old Freehold Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755).
