Dorothy A. Gilsenan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy A. Gilsenan of Lakewood, New Jersey, born in Yonkers, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2025 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert O'Keefe and Rose O'Keefe; her daughter Kerry Gilsenan (John Theodore); her brothers, Robert and Thomas O'Keefe; and her nephew TJ Gilsenan.
She is survived by: her son Edward Gilsenan (Jennifer); her grandson Ryan Gilsenan; her sister Kathleen Bryker (Donald); her sisters-in-law, Patricia Gilsenan and Melinda White; her niece Susan Bryker-Parham; and her nephews, Robert, Sean White, Myles, Dan and Patrick Gilsenan.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Dominic's RC Church (250 Old Squan Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Woman's Club of Point Pleasant, 513 Saint Louis Ave. Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742 or to St. Dominic's Church, 250 Old Squan Rd., Brick, NJ 08724.
