It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Bass of Lakewood, New Jersey, born in Neptune, New Jersey, who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Bass; his mother Beatrice Bass; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Annie McFadden; and his siblings, John Bass, David Bass Sr., Joanne Conaway and Ruby Bass.
He is survived by: his daughter Jazzmine Bass; his siblings, Belinda Spradley (Raymond) of Manalapan, NJ, Sharon Bass of Newark, DE, Danny Bass Sr. (Kim) of Myerstown, PA, James Sharpe of Neptune, NJ, Michael Sharpe (Alicia) of Neptune, NJ and Darlene Postell (Donald) of Freehold, NJ; his godchildren, Darnell "Bootsy" Lewis (Diane) of Ewing, NJ and Asia McFadden of Howell, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney McFadden of Cranbury, NJ, Stelline Lewis of Ewing, NJ, Jirldine Leon-Cruz (Guillermo) of Cranbury, NJ, Sheila McFadden of Jackson, NJ and Carine Polcaro (Joseph) of Boynton Beach, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
