She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph De Finis. She is survived by: her siblings, Eleanor Petruzzi and Patrick DeMeglio; her children, Grace and Joseph T. Definis; her siblings, Katherine Belardo, Anne Aromando, Margaret Belardo and John DeMeglio; her grandchildren, Michele Bongiovanni and Stacey L. Lowe; and her great grandchildren, Mason Lowe, Nathaniel Lowe, Cody Lowe, Brennan Lowe, Frank Bongiovanni and Salvatore Bongiovanni.
Memorial Contributions in Concetta's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
