He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Bartley; his stepdaughter Marcie Hayden; and his brother Patrick Bartley. He is survived by: his wife Dell Bartley; his stepdaughter Lindsay Okuszki (John); his brother Michael Bartley (Sharon); his sisters-in-law, Ginny Jasontek (Michael) and Susan Goldberg; and his grandson John Ryan Okuszki. He is also survived by many nieces, great-nieces, great-nephew and many friends.
