She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Zack; and her grandson Christopher E. Whalen. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Kumke (Daniel) and Arleen Mary Zack; her grandchildren, Kelsey Whalen and Matthew Kumke; her sister Joan Zimmerman; and her niece Joann Zimmerman.
