It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolina Lizzul of Lakewood, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Edward Giletti; her parents, Fenezia Barba and Gaetano Barba; and her brothers, Joseph, Anthony, Louis and Edward Barba.
She is survived by: her husband John L. "Lou" Lizzul; and her daughters, Annette Lizzul and Mary Lizzul Giletti. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, funeral will be private and under the arrangement of Riotto Funeral Home in Jersey City.
