He is survived by: his wife Carol Wartenberg Ilick; his brother John Ilick of Seattle, WA; his children, Sheri Ilick Hennig of Cynthiana, KY and Peter Ilick of Cairo; his children-in-law, Jeff Hennig and Elizabeth Arrigoni; his grandchildren, Russell, Jesse, Bryce and Sofia; his grandchild-in-law Shannon; and also, Sadie and Rosalie.
