She was predeceased by: her siblings, Joseph, Michelina, Sr., Anastasia, Lucy, Loretta and Celeste; and her son-in-law Wayne Bundy.
She is survived by: her husband Peter Kostulakos; her daughters, Debra Bundy of Hillsborough and Denise Regad (Michael) of Howell; and her grandchildren, Cassie Bundy, Marissa Regad and Daniel Regad. She is also survived by her husband, dedicated to her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Angelina's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
