She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Chadwick; and her grandsons, Leonard Sicurella and Charles Sicurella. She is survived by: her children, Richard Chadwick, Patricia Hunt, Penelope Magnapera, Karen (Joe Monroe), Robert (Geraldine Chadwick) and Wendy (Sal Lagrotteria). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
