She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Jr.; her parents, John Zulawski and Chung Zulawski; her brother-in-law Jeffrey Souders; and her mother-in-law Margaret Souders.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Lee Souders III (Marjorie Castle), Bryan John Souders and Matthew James Souders (Anna Caroleo); her siblings, Arty, John Zulawski and Joan Deagro; her grandchildren, Jayden, Geno and Jordan; her father-in-law Jack Souders Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, Theresa Kessler (Roy Kessler), Joseph Souders, James Souders and Stacey. She is also survived by 10 nieces and 5 nephews.
