He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Orr and Agnes Orr (Connor). He is survived by: his wife Joann Leahy Orr; his children, Connor Orr, Christopher Skinner and Amanda Skinner; his grandchildren, Khloe Skinner and Keaton Skinner; and his sisters, Valerie Orr and Alicia Aikens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
