He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Waclawicz and Sarah Waclawicz. He is survived by: his wife Evelyne Waclawicz; and his children, Jason Vincent Waclawicz (Georgianna), Michelle Janine Peterson (DJ) and Scott Marcel Waclawicz (Stephanie).
