She was predeceased by : her parents, Elizabeth Latzen (Burns) and Philip Latzen. She is survived by : her husband James W. Jacoby Sr.; her children, Erica, James Jr. (Kathy), Michelle (Jason Bradley), Tiffany and Michael; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Jaden, Harley, Natasha, Rebecca and Heather.
