He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Michelle DeFeo (Yanik Wagner) of New York City, Melissa Marcario (Bill) of Lake Hopatcong, Jessica Grove (Mike) of Lake Hopatcong and Steven Andrew DeFeo (Courtney) of Somerset; his grandson Carter Matthew Marcario; his mother Emily DeFeo of Lake Hopatcong; and his brothers, George of Lafayette and Rick of Lake Hopatcong.
Due to the pandemic, a celebration of his life will be held at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Steve's memory may be made to the Greenwood Lake Fire Department.
