He was predeceased by: his former wife Hasumati M. Patel; his son Mithilesh M. Patel; and his siblings, Natubhai Patel, Bipin Patel and Panna Patel.
He is survived by: his wife Hemaben V. Patel; his children, Mukesh M. Patel of Livingston, NJ, Dipti V. Patel of Florida and Manoj M. Patel; and his siblings, Chandrakant Patel of Parsippany, NJ and Baku Patel of Parsippany, NJ. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Due to concerns with the Covid epidemic, and at the family's request, Funeral Services and Cremation at the Rosedale Crematory will be private.
