He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Katherine; and his wife Arline. He is survived by: his children, Barry Birkholz, Karen Fahrer (Harry), Joseph Bachstadt (Sue), Donna Balmer and Lisa Buro (Ralph); his grandchildren, Harry Fahrer (Elizabeth), Stephanie Jordan (Sean), Emily, Allison Bachstadt, Billie Balmer, Bethany and Marissa Buro; and his siblings, Robert Bachstadt and Madeline. He is also survived by five children.
