She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edgar Merrill and Rose Merrill; her husband Jack R. Beaton; her siblings, Edward L. Merrill and Shirley Van Koppen; her sister-in-law Doris Merrill; and her nieces and nephews, Kevin Marinaro, Scott Merrill, Terri Trapp and Tammy Klink.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean Ann's memory can be donated to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
