He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard R. Palmer and Margaret B. Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Jack W. Palmer of Denville, Brissen L. Alles of Green Township and Mark A. Palmer of Newton; his stepchildren, Jesse Burrini of Fredon and Stacy Crosson of Panther Valley; his son-in-law Charles Alles of Green Township; his granddaughter Makayla; and his siblings, Mike Palmer of Kinnelon and Elaine Rodriguez of Virginia.
