He was predeceased by: his grandchild Dana Cook. He is survived by: his son Mark; his granddaughter Pamela; his wife Pauline (Semenuk); his daughter Pamela (Robert Ricker); and his grandchildren, Bobby (Nancy Ricker), Jason (Mandy Gee), Gerry (Jessica Gee) and Laryssa (Matthew Weinberg).
