He was predeceased by: his brother Andrew F. Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis D.; his son Eugene P. Jr.; his wife Kathy; his daughter Kim Neff (Bob); and also, Karl (Susan) and Kurt (Patty). He is also survived by grandchildren and eight treasured great-grandchildren.
