She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Heilenday and Lillian Heilenday (Nesbitt); her siblings, Myra Amato and Richard; and her niece Carolyn Hunter.
She is survived by: her sister Alma Mater; her nephew Rev. Benet Amato; and her great-nephew Colin Schabel. She is also survived by two nieces, a nephew, grandnieces, grandnephews and great-grand nieces and great-grand nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sister Anita Richard's memory to the Sisters of Charity Development Fund, P. O. Box 476, Convent Station, NJ, would be appreciated.
