With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Bridges of Lake Como, New Jersey, born in Daytona Beach, Florida, who passed away on February 28, 2023 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Robinson and Lenore Robinson; her brother Clarence Robinson, Jr.; her husbands, Bernard Turner and Richard Bridges; and her granddaughters, Cherise Marie Ferreira, Tumora Lynn Davis and Rasheedah Shabazz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Fathiyyah Shabazz of Asbury Park, NJ, Linda Turner of Neptune, NJ and Bernea Smith of Asbury Park, NJ; her grandchildren, Nicole Ferreira-Brown, Thaifa Smith, Fatima Smith, Latifa Smith, Shalaby Turner, Shamil, Prince Phillip Gibson, Jemma Robertson, Ife Shabazz, Abeo Yaminah Shabazz, Usamah Shabazz, Abu Baker Shabazz and Asmaa Shabazz; and her great grandchildren, Troy Turner, Ameenah Reilly, Idris Young, Teressa Turner, Tariq Turner, Tyrese, Tatiana Turner, Bobbi Stafford, Aliyah Brown, Elijah Smith, Angel Smith, El-Hajj Sall and Azana Sall. She is also survived by three daughters there are 52 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
