She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Murphy and Helen Murphy; her husband John James Shaw; her children, John Kevin Shaw and Kathryn Marie Shaw; her sisters, Kathryn Murphy, Marita Dowell and Pamela Kucks; her grandchildren, Sydney, Kevin, Kelsey Shaw, Ryan Dones and Clay Yu; and her nieces and nephews, John Douglas, Jim, Hannah and Abby.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michele's memory to Doctors Without Borders would be greatly appreciated by her family.
