He was predeceased by: his parents, George Aloysius and Emma Kane (Wylie). He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Kane; his siblings, Geraldine Preston and Robert Kane; and his sons, Kevin K. (Diane Kane), Roland G. Kane Jr., Timothy M. (Roberta Kane), Patrick R. (Laurel Kane) and Joseph K. (Lisa Kane). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
