He was predeceased by: his parent Charles F. Loughmiller; and his spouse Elaine R. Loughmiller (Roscoe). He is survived by: his parent Emma J. Loughmiller (Duncanson); his children, Mark D. Loughmiller of Quincy, David R. Loughmiller (Michele) of Holbrook and Janice L. King (Leonard J.) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Richard (Katherine), Andrew, Daniel Loughmiller, Amy Madden (Scott), April Stoddard (Jeff) and Ryan King (Renee); and his great grandchildren, Cole, Tessa, Grace, James and Jason.
