He is survived by: his wife Norma Jarrett (Smith) of Paterson; his sons, Kenneth Jarrett Paterson NJ, Peter and Cecil Brown Bahamas; and his sisters, Mazie Davis Dover NJ, Euda, Alfreda, Lola Jarrett Paterson NJ and Amelda of Jamaica. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
