It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Thomas Barr of Kingston, New Jersey, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Barr and Anna Barr. He is survived by: his friend Gary; his wife Darlene; his children, Scott Barr and Kimberlee Kitchen (Ben); his brother George R. Barr (Alice); and his grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Taiylor, Dylan, Anna Barr, Brinkley Libonati and Benjamin Kitchen. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family near and far as well as dear friends.
