He is survived by: his wife Lorna Rowe; his children, Kadeen Rowe, Shemeka Rowe, Anika Rowe and Basil Rowe Jr.; his stepchildren, Oneil Grant, Richard Grant, Michael Lewis and Charmaine Bennett; his siblings, Daniel Rowe Sr., Beverly Morgan, Winston Rowe, Sonia Rowe, Alvita Gayle and Robin; and his stepbrother Dalbert Hall. He is also survived by grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
